Calamari Fritti – Pan-fried calamari served with greens and dressed in a sugar-chilli dressing.

Fried Gnocchi – Pan fried gnocchi topped with anchovies parmesan and an Olive tapenade.

Chicken Copperwood – Pan-fried rolled chicken breast filled with a cheese & herb combination served with a delicate creamy white wine sauce & topped with caviar.

Scaloppine Verdi – Pan-fried veal, sun-dried tomato, spinach & finished with a herb cream sauce.
